Q. Where do you get your grains from?+
Our grains are sourced from trusted wholesalers as per our quality standards. This makes it so that our flour remains consistent in its flavour.
Q. Where is the atta milled?+
We have tied up with local chakki walas who use stone mills to process the atta. We believe that this is a great way to empower them and creating value in their occupation.
Q. How do I order your atta?+

Q. How long does it take for the atta to be delivered at my home?+
From the time you place your order, you can expect delivery within 2 hours with the maximum possible time being 3 days depending on the nature of the order and availability.
Q. Will the atta be delivered in a sealed package?+
The atta will be delivered to your home in a package adapted to the warmer temperature of freshly milled atta. We highly recommend transferring this atta to an airtight container suited to long term storage.
Q. My package wasn’t sealed properly.+
In case of packaging damage, spoilt product or wrong delivery, you will get store credit on your account.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?+
You can cancel your order by contacting our customer care and finding out whether your
order has begun processing. Order cannot be cancelled once the processing has started.
Q. Why did I get less than the amount purchased?+
The milling process leads to a minor loss (5% to 7%) in weight. The order weight is based on the weight of the grains being used to make the atta and not the final weight of the atta itself.
Q. What if I want to get my own grain milled?+
We have not yet started a service wherein we will pick up grains that you have purchased and deliver them back as fresh chakki milled atta. We would let you know as soon as we do.
Q. How does your multigrain atta work?+
We have multiple default option that has been recommended to us by our nutritionist and an option of creating any specific multigrain you want.
Q. What if I want to make a combination of my own?+
You can choose whichever combination of grains you may desire to make your own unique blend.
